Membership
Eligibility: Membership is open to those persons who qualify for membership, as described below,
and who are in good standing with AKC, and who subscribe to the purposes of this club. Juniors wishing
to join the club will join as Associate Members:
(A) Regular Membership: An individual member is a person living
in the State of Oregon, Washington, Idaho and California and is at least 18 years of age. Each
member shall enjoy all the privileges and obligations of the club, and shall have one vote.
(B)
Household Membership: A family membership is two persons living in the same household within
the defined area of the club’s jurisdiction, where each person is at least 18 years of age. Each
member shall enjoy all the privileges and obligations of the Club, and each shall have a separate vote.
( C )
Associate Membership: A person or family living outside the States of Oregon, Washington
, Idaho and California who subscribes to the purposes of the club. Such member does not vote, and shall
not hold office.
DUES: Membership dues are currently as follows:
Regular - $20.00 per year.
Household - $30.00 per year.
Associate Member - $10.00 per year.
Dues are payable
during the month of January of each year. The secretary or treasurer shall provide each member with a notice
of dues payable during December. Membership shall lapse if dues are not paid by January 31st
of each year.
